Question: I am only in to take delivery of this product at certain times of the day. Will I get notification from the carrier of when they are delivering?
Answer:Yes, due to the item being a large delivery, the carrier will not just turn up, they will call to book a delivery on a day and a time which is suitable for yourself. Please note they only delivery between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

I need my shower door as soon as possible. How quick can you deliver it to me?
Answer:
All Waterlux shower doors are kept in stock at our main warehouse. At checkout you can either select the standard delivery option which means your shower door will be delivered within 5 working days, or you can pay a small premium for express delivery and if you order before 2pm you can expect to receive it the next working day.

What is the thickness and standard of glass used on a Waterlux shower door?
Answer:
All Waterlux shower enclosures are manufactured from 6mm toughened safety glass. Waterlux shower doors with flat glass are manufactured to BS EN 12150 standards and the curved glass products are manufactured to BS EN 14428 standards.

How do i clean my Waterlux shower door?
Answer:
Cleaning with a soft cloth after showering will keep the glass and frames looking new. For hard water deposits use a 50/50 solution of vinegar and warm water. Flash bathroom spray or CIF bathroom spray can also be used to clean the Waterlux shower door.
