At Firstbathrooms we understand that timely delivery is important to our customers. |

As soon as your order is processed our warehouse team will package your goods so as to ensure a safe delivery. Next our courier company will collect the items and deliver them to you. If your items are a palletised you will receive a call to arrange a suitable delivery slot, if it is a next day palletised delivery you will not receive a call but will get delivery on the next working day. |
For smaller items you will receive an email with a link to the courier allowing you to track your delivery slot. |
It is important that all deliveries are checked for damages and that the items are correct before you sign for goods. |

| Delivery charges are clearly shown on the order confirmation page before you checkout from the site. We offer a range of delivery options which are specific to post code areas. |

| Delivery times for items are shown with each individual item on the web site. Should you order multiple items, the delivery will be based upon the item with the longest delivery time. Please do NOT book your plumber until all the goods have arrived as sometimes delays may happen due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any plumber costs should this occur. For bulky items please make sure there are able bodied persons available to help unload the items. |
Returning Items |
| If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days starting on the day after the delivery. To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice by post, email or fax, giving details of goods ordered and the delivery details. |
