Important: If fitting the product in conjunction with an in-line or side panel please now refer to your panel instructions. Step 5 – Installation of Door onto Tray and Fix 2nd Wall Profile 1. Prior to fixing to second wall profile to wall, apply a bead of silicon the width of the wall profile, where the 2nd wall profile will meet the tray and tiled wall at the bottom 2. Place your door fully into the wall profile that you have already fixed to the wall, push the door as far into the wall as possible. Important: Ensure that that the hinge/fixed of the door is pushed into the wall profile that is already fitted to the wall. 3. Insert the loose wall profile into the other end of the door and push the wall profile as far as possible into the door. 4. The 2nd wall profile can now to be pushed back to the wall and secured through the lip using the 40mm screws supplied into the wall plugs that were fitted during Step 3. Important: The wall profiles must be completely vertical (the bubble should be in the centre of the two lines on the spirit level). The sealant must be applied in steps 2 +5; failure to follow out this procedure may result in serious water damage and is not covered under the terms of the guarantee. Step 6 – Fixing the Door to the Wall Profiles 1. Centralise the door between both wall profiles. Both wall profiles must overlap the door by at least 18mm. 2. Adjust the door within its own main frame to ensure the gap between the top and bottom of the door and the horizontal main frame is parallel. To achieve this adjustment, push the main vertical door frame from the top further over the wall profile following the arrows. This will ensure the door lifts up away from the bottom of the horizontal main frame. Important: It is critical that door opens and closes correctly prior to drilling. 3. Drill through the pre-drilled holes of the wall profile into the door with a 2.5mm drill bit (supplied). • Ensure the door is completely vertical (the bubble should be in the centre of the two lines on the spirit level) 4. Using a screw driver screw-fix the enclosure to the wall profiles using the supplied No4 x ¼” pan head screws. Step 7 – Fitting the Screw Cover Trims & Sealing the Door 1. Press fit the screw infill trims into the vertical grooves of the wall profiles. •• Cut the cover trims level with the top of the wall profile using a stanley knife or an alternative blade, please take care when cutting. Tip: You might find it easier to slide the cover trims down into the groove. 2. Fit the top caps to the top of the door as shown. 3. If required, slight adjustment can be achieved in the door pivot assemblies to ensure the glass door is parallel to the horizontal main frame. Using a screwdriver, loosen the screws by 2 turns, adjust the door pivot assemblies so that the glass is parallel and retighten the screws. •• Make sure the magnets on the door and frame locate onto each other down the full length; the angled door magnet can be adjusted to achieve this. 4. Using a good quality sealant seal both sides of the wall profile inside and outside vertically where it meets the tiled wall. 5. Seal the base of the corner panel to the wetroom floor/tray from the outside only •• Very important: Failure to follow the procedure in lines 3 – 4 may result in serious water damage and will not be covered under the terms of the guarantee. Do not seal along the base of the product from the inside, failure to comply may result in the product leaking. Please allow 24 hours for the bathroom sealant to fully cure prior to using the enclosure. 6. Stick on the branding badge.
