Terms and Conditions of Sale:

The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

Firstbathrooms Terms and Conditions:

These terms and conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Purchasing from us:

To purchase from us you must be over 18 and resident in the United Kingdom or Southern Ireland Currently, we can only ship to the United Kingdom and Southern Ireland. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details be removed from our system by writing to the address above.

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order, this is not the confirmation provided automatically via the site, and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact Customer Care immediately. Please do this before we confirm your order.

Prices are checked regularly; however, if we find the price has changed when we receive your order, we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed.

All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted, subject to not selling below our cost price. VAT is charged on all prices (including carriage) at a rate of 17.5%. Prices Shown excluding VAT are only a guide and no accuracy is intended.For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.

Any damages or shortages must be reported to us within 7 days (starting on the day after delivery) of signing for your delivery. This notification must be done by telephoning customer services on 0845 180 0667 (Option 2) or writing to us at our registered address.

Delivery:

We will acknowledge all questions or queries within a maximum period of 48 hours Mon - Fri.

We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated, but we cannot give an exact delivery date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments and will if asked to do so by you. We may make a charge for any extra delivery costs for this service. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you.

Delivery charges shown are for UK mainland only. There will be a surcharge for all non mainland orders and orders shipped to the very Northern most Scotland. Please contact us for rates before ordering.

firstbathrooms.co.uk will endeavor to keep the items listed as 'instock', in stock most of the time, this is not a guarantee.

Damaged, defective or faulty goods:

We will supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery.

You should inspect the goods immediately when you received them for defects or damage and report any faults immediately. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us within 7 days (starting on the day after delivery) of signing for the items. If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective, we will at our option repair, replace or make good the goods or refund the price paid by you.

Other information you need to be aware of:

A copy of these Terms and Conditions and your order may not be kept by us and so we advise you to print a copy of them for your information in the future.

If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods and ensure the goods are adequately packaged during any return journey.

We retain the right to periodically send you email and SMS Text Messages regarding special offers and new products. Should you wish to not receive the above mentioned emails and SMS, you can unsubscribe from inside your account section on our website.

This is important. Please read carefully.

You have the right to cancel this contract for no reason at all and without penalty. However, we will only accept unwanted products for refund within 7 days of delivery, customers are responsible for the repackaging of returned goods and must ensure they are packaged in such a way as to ensure no damage in transit.

Unwanted items outside of this 7 day period me be returned at our discression but will be subject to a restocking fee of £25%.

If you wish to cancel this contract, please contact us to arrange this on 0845 180 0667. To cancel this contract you must give us notice and return the goods within 7 working days starting on the day after the day you receive the goods from us.

We will on occasion send you a promotional email if you don't wish to receive an further offers please just follow the unsubscribe instructions on the email.

If the product of your choice is not available there may be times when we send out a comparable or superior product.

Please note, waste positions may not be in the exact position as shown in the picture as manufacturers may change design without notice. Please contact us before ordering shower trays if the position of the waste is important to your order.
